The peak of the summer season.  Very bright colors, steel drum rhythms, calypso dancing, limbo, eating, drinking and laughter with old friends and new at the SRYC!!

2009 SRYC Cruise
No pictures of boats - just pictures of a group of friends enjoying each other's company and having a tremendous amount of fun. Who happen to enjoy the camaraderie of traveling on boats.

2009 July 4th Boat Parade
The festive mood and the great weather are reflected in the picture at the left and in slideshow you'll see if you "click" on it. A strong representation by the SRYC Fleet. With an introduction to crabbing by Bill Baarck!!

2009 Doo-Wop party
'Let the Little Girl Dance' - and dance they did, into the wee hours of the night.  They all showed up - the doo-woppers, the bobby soxers and even Elvis!! They bought their old 45s, their passion for jitter-bugging and their memories from a happier time gone bye.  The band was fabulous!

2009 Commissioning Day
Opening of the SRYC for the summer. Undoubtedly one of the high points of the year. "Click" on the picture at the left and see the fun had by all who turned out for the gala event!!

2009 Work Parties
The Spring Work Parties where the men and women come together to clean up the SRYC for Commission Day - cleaning, painting, polishing, bonding - and having some fun in the process.

2009 Newcomers Ladies Dinner
The most important thing for new members is meeting other members and making new friends.  The men have their Spring Work Parties, the women have their Newcomers Ladies Dinner.

2009 Mid-Winter Dance
McCloone's was the venue for swearing in the new Bridge, renewing friendships, and dancing the night away!!  "Click" on the picture at the left and see the fun had by all of those who turned out for the gala event!!

2008 Halloween Party
Halloween - the season when the alter egos come out - Margie (the clown), Gary (the priest) and Susan (the witch). 2008 was a very good year for members of the SRYC!!

2008 New Years Party
We shall end the season just as we started it on Commissioning Day with the presentation of six lovely women. 2008 was a wonderful year for the SRYC and we hope you enjoyed it as much as we did!!

2008 Luau
The peak of the summer season, the height of the summer fun, old friends and new at the SRYC. Tradition - Tommy Bahama, eating, drinking, dancing, singing - tradition!!

2008 International Cruise Night
A summer fun event!!  You could get your picture taken with Commodore Andy LaStella and take it home with you that night.  What could have been more exciting than that!!

2006 Mid-Winter Dance
Turnout for this year's Mid-Winter Dance at McCloone's was terrific!   Snowy & cold outside but jumping and hot inside thanks to a rock band to remember.

2005 Commissioning Day
